Hey u all!
This is a Warhammer Fantasy Battle model I recently finished. It's a Wood Elf "Waywatcher" but I painted it to be a Dark Elf scout and raider. The idea comes from a cool lore that my cous' made up.
About the model! She is a member of a division called "Black Sun Reavers" which consists lightly equipped Dark Elf raiders and scouts. Black Sun Reavers are minions of the main organisation called "The Order of The Black Sun". They are a group of baaad mothersuckas!
The colouring is my vision of the colour scheme my cousin decided; red, black and fairly dark-grey. I'm used to paint fairly big models and those which have rather particular features (like big muscles or lot of armouring like Beastmen, Orcs and Dwarfs in the Games Workshop Warhammer Fantasy Battle-range) so I found it rather challenging to paint this one and I'm still working on her mates!
I'm constantly aiming to get better and better as a miniature-painter, but I think that in the end the only thing that matters is that the models look ok in my personal point of view on the gaming table.
Playing Warhammer FB & 40k is 50% and modelling/painting is the other half of the fun! I'd say I really did my best with this model since I have not painted too much the Elf- nor Eldar-models and there were moments when I really cursed the whole damn concept 
. But what do YOU think?

Wood Elf as Dark Elf, I like your style! I sometimes use models from one army for an other as well. Nice concept to think of a seperate division that is not all that good. I like badass.
Nice colourscheme, I like the red edges on the loincloth.
